2. Services

Zque 3D provides 3D product visualisation, WebAR deployment, QR code integration, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in individual project proposals or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, renders, and creative assets produced by Zque 3D remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

The Zque 3D brand, logo, website design, and codebase are the exclusive property of Zque 3D and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate reference materials, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensuring they have rights to any third-party content provided to us
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
• Payment of agreed fees on the schedule set out in the project proposal

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zque 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
